Insignia Healthcare Solutions and "Backing Young Britain"

Statement of Support
After attending a “Backing Young Britain” event we realised the benefits, incentives and most of all the importance of supporting our young people in today’s society. After all, these people are our tomorrow and we believe that as an employer we need to invest in these people today in order to build Britain’s future.
Skills for Care 18-24 is a 3 day course that Insignia Healthcare Solutions have designed specifically to give young people an insight into the care industry. The aim of the course is to give a taster of what the industry is really about. There are many misconceptions when people talk about the industry and the truth of the matter is very few of them are true. The course is offered free of charge to any person between the ages of 18 and 24 with no previous care experience. The aim is to give the candidate an insight into the industry without first needing to become fully compliant.
Following the BYB event in Norwich on Friday 5th March 2010 at Dunston Hall Insignia Healthcare Solutions would like to pledge our support to “Backing Young Britain” in every way we can.
