Individual Training Programme
Our Individual Training Programme delivered by Insignia Training Limited offers all mandatory training & annual updates, e learning from home, practical courses at each branch, Diploma in Health & Social Care up to level 5*, additional optional and specialised training to suit your individual client, supplying you with authenticated certificates.
Insignia Healthcare Group will pay 50% of the fee to process your CRB via the Criminal Records Bureau^^
A secure photo ID badge with security features to authenticate your badge to each client.^^
Contributory Pension Scheme**
Insignia Healthcare Group believe that those members who are seeking long term employment should be entitled to benefits. We offer a contributory pension scheme, so whatever you put in we will match***.
This is just one of the benefits that we believe makes us unique from our competitors, although the scheme is designed for members who intend to work for us for more than 12 months, it is open to all members. All members are entitled to join our standard Stakeholder Scheme at any time.
Competitive Rates Of Pay
Insignia Healthcare Group believe that paying our members competitively is the first step to ensuring staff moral, we offer a graded pay structure that rewards hard work and dedication and also offer rewards as you develop your career and graduate from Insignia Training.
Dress code is individual to each client and we have several specialist dress codes, with special clothing provided free^*, (extra clothing can be purchased if required). The dress code will be advised at the start of each assignment.
Personal Development Plan
Each member will be offered a PDP, this will ensure that your career & training needs are met, along with quarterly supervisions and annual appraisals, giving you the opportunity to express your views, desires and training needs, and discuss any issues you may have. You will also have access to contact the office at any time should the need arise. In an emergency support will be available 24 hours a day.
On application your first years training will be unpaid, this is to ensure that you are committed to your new career with Insignia Healthcare Group. On completion of 12 months service, we will pay you to attend all of your mandatory training courses, so you don’t lose money having to take time off.
We offer our staff a holiday fund programme which enables you to save funds to claim back when you want to take a holiday. Insignia Healthcare Group will pay a percentage in addition to your weekly gross pay into your Individual Holiday Account. When you complete and return a holiday form we pay you pro rata the accumulated funds from your holiday fund.
A scaled mileage allowance is paid on most assignments up to 25 pence per mile˘

All new members will employed on our standard temporary contract, after 3 months service, we can offer one of our permanent contracts˘˘
Permanent contracts are completely flexible and start with a 6 hour contract offering 6 guaranteed hours, increasing to a maximum 40 hour contract.
This gives you the comfort of knowing how many guaranteed hours you will be working from week to week.
We also offer a flexi contract giving you the choice of how many contracted hours you work.
Recommend a Friend
If you recommend a friend we will pay you £50.00*
We understand that our members can live some distance from our office, so we will endeavour to hold staff meetings where possible near you.
As you can see, Insignia Healthcare Group are not your average care agency, we value our staff and treat them with the respect they deserve, and recognise that they are the building blocks for the future success of our company.
**A fee of £30.00 will be applied for the contributory pension scheme, this is to cover the Brokers fee. This will be deducted in 6 instalments from your first 6 pay dates (£5.00 per pay day) For members wishing to join our Stakeholder Pension Scheme, you can do so at any time, but only the sum you pay in will be added, no admin is payable on our SPS
***Up to a maximum of 3.00% of your annual salary paid by the employer after a minimum of 3 months service. Further terms & Conditions apply

˘˘Permanent flexible contracts are offered after 3 months and after successful application
^^You will receive 50% of the cost of your CRB back after you have worked 100 hours. Complete claim form at your local branch. Does not apply if the candidate has received CRB payment from DWP or A4E.
^*You will be refunded for 1 set of uniforms after working 100 hours. Claim form must be completed to claim refund.
