APRIL 2021 - NEW LFT Covid Center Launched

April 2021 saw the opening of our purpose built LFT Covid testing center at our Noriwch HQ. This center provides a accurate Covid result in 30 minutes and has allowed us to resume our Inspire CMPI training programme amongst providing protecting for all visitors to our HQ.

Weekly PCR Covid Testing launched

Along with full PPE, we are proud to offer weekly PCR Covid testing to all of our staff and clients and families. 

Care Awards 2020

To re-launch the Insignia Care Awards for 2020 we will be moving the awards from Decemebr to May each year. December is a very bust time for most of us and often individuals miss out and cannot attend the awards. To celebrate the opening of Insignia House in Norwichin April 2020 we intend to double up the celebrations to combine the grand opening with the first annual care awards at the new HQ.


Insignia Healthcare Group will be moving to our new HQ in early 2020. We are currently renovating the new building to house the new vision for Insignia's future. 

Inspire Training Centre - The new location will house a purpose built training centre where all of our training courses will operate. 

Insignia Lounge - A new lounge area where staff and delegates can relax and enjoy refreshments. 

Further information on progress will be sent out in news letters and also in other communications.

Training Suites

Training is one of the most important parts of our success. As a care provider, Insignia Healthcare has consistently maintained the highest standard of training to our staff. Over 25% of our annual income is reinvested into our training programmes. Since our launch in 2010 we have expanded at an incredible rate and our staff training has always remained a priority.

In January 2012 Insignia Healthcare secured a new lease from NELM Development Trust, more than doubling the size of our current Norwich site. This has seen the site change beyond recognition throughout January. We have built a new reception area, branch office, group office, accounts office, interview room, meeting space & recruitment desk. The final phase of the refit will see our brand new Insignia Training Suite opening at the end of February 2012. The training suite will be equipped with the latest training technology, models, computers and equipment to allow our Carers to train in a real life environment.

Insignia Healthcare is currently in the process of completing on an additional lease with Morston Assets Limited to replicate our Norwich training suite at our Kings Lynn site at the beginning of March 2012. We have had some wonderful feedback from our Carers and they are looking forward to using the new facilities over the coming months.

Jobs24 10th Annual Job Fair

Insignia Healthcare attended the Jobs24 10th Annual Fair on the 3rd & 4th October at the Forum in Norwich. The fair was spread over 2 days and we saw many new candidates at the event and look forward to interviewing over the coming weeks. We currently have 60+ Care positions availabe in Norwich & Kings Lynn and we are confident that we will be in a position to fill at least 60% of these role following the event. New Community Matron

Insignia Healthcare Solutions are proud to welcome Rachel Banham. Rachel has been appointed as our new Community Matron. She has many years experience of community nursing and will be a great asset to Insignia Healthcare.

Technology Investment

Insignia Healthcare Solutions are currently in discussions with Ravensfield & P&B Computers LTD to bring the two products together. Ravensfield product is a digital pen & paper that will allow our field staff to safely transmit information to the co-ordinating office within 20 seconds. The back office software will then allow us to export this information to our Patient & Booking system CARAS supplied by P&B Computers Ltd. Following several successful meetings we are hoping to introduce the new system by the end of the year.

Norwich Jobs Fair

Insignia Healthcare attended the JobSeeker Jobs Fair at The Forum in Norwich on Friday 1st July. We attended the event to promote our public profile and to fill some of the 60+ new jobs we are creating over the next 3-6 months. We had lots of interest on the day and saw many quality candidates. "Insignia Healthcare are currently undertaking a company restructure. During February we will become Insignia Healthcare Group Limited. The restructure follows the successful gain of new contracts in North West Norfolk. Insignia Healthcare Group Limited will be operated from our Head Office in Norwich along with our Norwich Branch. We are currently in the process of opening a new branch in Kings Lynn to service our new and existing contracts in the area. The restructure will see no operational changes initially, it simply means that we will be able to service Norfolk in its entirety between the new branches. We have been very successful over the past 12 months and I think this is testament to our commitment to ethical and affordable service delivered by well trained staff that sets us aside from any other provider. Our success could not have been achieved without the dedicated Care Staff & professional Branch Staff working together as a team. I would like to thank every member of my team for their hard work and dedication throughout 2010 and look forward to continuing success during our expansion in 2011."

Care Awards 2010

Thank you to all of our Care Workers and Guests at the first Insignia Care Awards held at Dunston Hall in Norwich. There were 9 awards presented during the event followed by our Christmas Disco. Full details of winners and pictures coming soon.

Getting Set For Christmas

Insignia Healthcare would like to say thank you to all of our care staff for the hard work and dedication they have put in over the past year. We understand that without them we would not exist. As a big thank you we have organised a "Christmas Thank You" party. The function will take place at Dunston Hall Country Club in December. Keep an eye out for pictures in the new year.

Norwich Opens For Business:

Our new Norwich branch opened for business on Monday 7th June 2010. The Henderson Business Centre is a new, purpose built modern office building, housing many different businesses including Insignia Healthcare Solutions. We have the use of interview rooms, meeting rooms and a large board room. This will ensure we have plenty of room to hold our training courses and meetings, all with tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning and stunning views across the city of Norwich. When visitors enter the centre you will be greeted by a friendly receptionist who will inform us you are waiting. Visitors are able to relax in the spacious reception before one of our team comes to collect you. Please feel free to pop in and meet the team.

On The Move:

April & May have been very busy at Insignia. We have dealt with a record number of applications and increased our care hours 8 times over. We also have a new Consultant in the office, her name is Summer Jaber. We have now secured a new site at the Henderson Business Centre in Norwich which will open in early June........Full Story

Training Day:

Insignia Healthcare have held our latest Induction Day, First Aid & CPR training days. The courses have been a fantastic success with some very positive feedback coming in to the office. Thank you to all that attended, you worked very hard and have done us proud. Following the Induction, First Aid & CPR training on Monday 29th March we have received so much positive feedback from our Care Workers. REC Membership

Insignia Healthcare Solutions are proud to announce that our application to join The Recruitment & Employment Confederation has been accepted and we have now been granted Corporate Membership. To find out what the REC do click on the link on our homepage.

CQC Registration

Insignia Healthcare Solutions are proud to announce that our registration with the Care Quality Commission has now completed. We were registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency on February 19th 2010.

Final Stages With CQC

The forms have been completed, interviews are over and we have been informed by the Care Quality Commission that our registration has been accepted. We are now in the final stage of registration and waiting for our certificates.

Norwich Opens For Business.

Insignia Healthcare Solutions are proud to announce the opening of our Norwich branch. The branch initially will act in a dual capacity, the first being the registered head office for Insignia Healthcare Solutions Limited. Secondly, operations for all Norfolk and North Suffolk activities will be coordinated from the site. Although the branch is currently located between Norwich & Dereham we are negotiating to relocate into the city during 2010.
