Recruitment

Training

  • Competency Sign-Offs: Once training is completed, one of our nurses will visit the family home to carry out competency sign-offs and clinical assessments, ensuring every team member is confident and capable.
  • Ongoing Compliance & Support: We keep track of all training expirations and proactively contact staff when refresher courses are due—removing the administrative burden from families and ensuring continuous compliance.

Clinical Management & Oversight

You will be assigned a qualified paediatric or adult nurse who will work closely with your care team to ensure all clinical aspects of your support are expertly managed.

  • Personalised Care Planning: Creation and ongoing management of individualised care plans tailored to each client’s needs, reviewed and updated monthly.
  • MAR Charts & Risk Assessments: Regularly maintained and updated medication administration records and risk assessments to ensure safe, compliant care.
  • Clinical & Administrative Audits: Routine audits to review care documentation, procedures, and staff performance, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Training & Competency Monitoring: Oversight of staff training schedules and verification that all care team members remain up to date with required skills, procedures, and certifications.
  • Review Meetings: Scheduled reviews with families and staff to discuss care progress, address concerns, and make adjustments as needed.
