Insignia Healthcare Group offer a flexible service to meet your needs. Planned or unplanned leave to cover your own staff or just to assist while you recruit additional staff, cover maternity, long term absence or just occasional shift cover. Our objective is to assist our clients when they need us most, providing a service that is cost effective with appropriately trained staff in a timely manner. All of our own staff are individually trained with a wide range of skills to compliment your own staff structure. 

Profiling

Our staff members are individually profiled to ensure that we supply the best candidate to meet your requirements. Using the latest recruitment software, candidate matching tools and personal knowledge we are able to identify a short list of possible candidates quickly and effectively. 

Quality Assurance

We regularly obtain staff and client feedback to ensure that our high standards are met 100% of the time. As part of our quality assurance we carry out regular spot checks on our staff to ensure that our high standards are met and that our staff understand the importance of maintaining those standards.

Recruitment

Our extensive recruitment policy ensures that each staff member is vetted and recruited appropriately. Each member is required to complete a full enhanced CRB check (Annually), a minimum of 2 written references are received, ID is checked and full training & work history is confirmed. These are just a few of the comprehensive checks that we carry out before each candidate is successfully registered with Insignia Healthcare Solutions. This process ensures that we can provide a high calibre of staff to our clients.

Service

We guarantee a call back within 1 hour to inform you of our progress. For emergency placements we will always endeavour to get back to you within 15 minutes.Our service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days of the year to ensure you are able to contact us when you need us.

Primary Agency Service

Insignia Healthcare Group offer a “Primary Agency Agreement” to help reduce the cost of using temporary staff. This service agreement can be added to our standard terms. The service offers discounted rates for clients that wish Insignia Healthcare Solutions to be their primary agency contact. We can coordinate and manage your temporary and permanent staffing requirements. For further information on this service please contact our Norwich office. This service is NOT a sole agency contract and you will NOT encounter any financial penalties for using or contacting other suppliers. This is simply a primary agency agreement.

Designated Account Management

Each client will be given a dedicated account manager at the start of a contract. This ensures a single point of contact for staff requests, invoice queries and all other enquiries you may have.

Discounted Rates

In addition to our primary agency service we will discuss options with you to reduce your agency spend as much as possible. Permanent Recruitment

If you are looking for permanent staff we offer competitive rates to find your perfect candidate. Either “introduction only” or “temp to perm”.  Insignia Healthcare Solutions can take care of all permanent recruitment needs from advertising your post, initial interviews and short-lists.
