The Position

Insignia Healthcare Group have a new and exciting opportunity supporting two young adults with their overall mental health and well-being. Both have just been given the keys to their own properties and will require support with the transition of living independently, therefor we are looking to build a team of support over a 24/7 hour period. Whilst both have been given a diagnosis of complex disorders including, mental health challenges and can demonstrate behaviors that challenge, on good days they are both bubbly, fun and outgoing young adults who just want to succeed. The successful candidates will have extensive experience supporting people with these needs and be able to offer a consistent & nurturing role in their lives. All positions can be given as a contracted fixed rota position or on a casual basis if preferred.
