RECRUITMENT

Insignia Healthcare can help with the recruitment of staff to PHB packages. Talking to the candidates we can conduct an initial telephone interview asking the pre-agreed questions that the family have chosen and then discussing each candidate with the family, contacting those or are successful and arranging a face to face interview at a pre-agreed venue where we can be in attendance to take minutes and copy any documentation required. Once the successful candidate has been chosen then we can draft copies of contracts and agreements to be signed, arrange all required training and perform clinical sign offs by our registered nurse to confirm that your staff member is competent and confident to work.

TRAINING

Not only can we organise training for any new staff member that join your team but we can also arrange all mandatory and clinical training requirements. Each delegate will receive first class training from our bespoke training provider “Inspire” as well as all necessary clinical training from our registered Nursing team. Once the training has been completed then one of our nurses will arrange to visit each delegate at the family home to complete competency signoffs and clinical assessments. Each year we will then remind all delegates that their training is up for renewal and arrange with them to book their refresher courses, taking the hassle of this away from the families.

CLINICAL MANAGEMENT & OVERSIGHT

Being assigned a paediatric or adult nurse, who will work alongside your staffing team in providing clinical oversight which includes the management off: Personalised Care Plans, Mar charts and Risk Assessments all updated on a monthly basis with regular review meetings. Performing clinical and administration audits, making sure that all staff are comply with regulation and are up to date with the latest training and procedures.
